    How far in advance do I need to reserve?
    As the saying goes "the early bird gets the worm". The earlier you make the reservation the better your chances are at getting your first choice. We appreciate as muich notice as possible.

    Do you require a deposit? When is payment due?
    Yes, a $50 deposit is required in order to hold your reservation. The $50 is applied to your balance. The remainder balance will need to be paid 48hrs prior to your delivery date to allow for credit card processing.

    What is your cancellation policy?
    We kindly ask that if you decide to cancel your reservation please let us know 7 days prior to your event so that we may rent out the unit to someone else. If cancellation is made less than 7 days from the rental date the deposit is non refundable. Full refunds are only accepted if rain is forecasted the day of your event. However, if customer chooses to accept delivery there will not be a refund issued. It is up to the renters discretion whether to cancel prior to delivery due to rain day of delivery.

    Do you set-up and deliver?
    Yes, the rental fee includes delivery, set-up, pick-up and take down.

    Can I pick up the unit?
    No, sorry for safety and to insure a quality functional unit our staff is required to deliver and set up each unit.

    Is there a cleaning charge?
    No, as long as it is general cleaning our staff will do it. If excessive cleaning is needed a cleaning charge will be incurred. (examples: Food , gum, etc)

    Is there an extra charge for holidays and weekend rentals?
    No. There is not an extra charge for holiday or weekend rentals.

    Can I keep the inflatable overnight?
    Yes, after 9pm requires a $35 overnight fee. We will pick up no later than 10am the following morning. It is possible the unit may require an earlier pick up time than 10am based on its reservation schedule. Anything after 10am will require a second day rental fee. at full price.

    Are you insured?
    Yes. We are insured, inspected and registered with the Texas Department of Insurance.
